Few weeks ago, when Steam offered EVE Tyrannis - for Mac of course - on special price, I bought it without a second thought. This outer space setting kinda game has always a place in my heart, and boy this game has a lot to offer. I have until the end of this month to try this game for free, then after that I have to subscribe if I want to play the game. That’s one thing I have to think about later.

I play this game on a 2.5GHz MBP, 4GB of RAM, and NVIDA 8600M GT video card with 256MB VRAM. I run this game via Steam only, so I’m not sure whether the non-Steam version is better (faster) than this. My only gripe is that this game look really detailed, if only I have bigger monitor…
